Ive started back on the treadmill to lose weight and been walking for 2 months now and have dropped 35Ibs. So now I want to step it even more and try running, but didnt have a game plan. Its been awhile since Ive ran. This app starts you off nice & easy. A voice tells you when to run and walk. I like it because youre not constantly glancing at the time and just concentrate on the run. So far so good !!!
